1. Terms and conditions: TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE USERS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND SPOTAHOME. BY ACCESSING, READING OR USING THE MATERIALS OR SERVICES ACCESSIBLE ON OR VIA THE "WEBSITE" OR OTHER WEBPAGES OR APPLICATIONS, THE USER DECLARES THAT HE/SHE ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THESE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" AS BEING EQUIVALENT TO A SIGNED LEGALLY BINDING AND WRITTEN DOCUMENT.

2. Privacy Policy: FlatGhar makes all reasonable efforts to keep the confidentiality of personal information processed through the Web and the App. We have strict security levels to protect the personal data processed from any inadvertent loss and unauthorised access, processing, or disclosure, considering the state of technology, nature, and risks to which the data are exposed. However, we shall not be responsible for your use of the data (including username and password) in FlatGhar in platforms other than our Web or App.

3. Refund Policy:

  • If you paid with a debit card, the refund can take up to 15 working days depending on the card company or bank processes.

  • If you paid with a credit card, the refund will usually show in your next card statement. Usually, the card statement is sent every 30 days, however, it will depend on the payment plan you have for your card.

  • If you paid via Paypal, the time for the refund to show in your account will depend on your setup. Please review the email confirmation you will receive from Paypal for more details.

  • If you don't receive the funds in 30 natural days, please contact us so we can provide you with the Trace ID so your card company can locate the funds for you.

4. Cancellation Policy:

At FlatGhar, we understand that plans can change. Here’s an overview of our cancellation policy to guide you through the process: 60 Days or More Before Check-In:

  • Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

    1. 60 Days or More Before Check-In:

      • Refund: Tenants can receive a full refund of their down payment on the rent.

      • Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable for confirmed bookings.

    2. Between 30 and 59 Days Before Check-In:

      • Refund: Tenants are eligible for a 50% refund of their down payment on the rent.

      • Booking Fee: The booking fee remains non-refundable for confirmed bookings.

    3. 29 Days or Less Before Check-In:

      • Refund: There will be no refund on the tenant's down payment on the rent.

      • Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable for confirmed bookings.

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
